Birddogbot is an online real estate birddog software tool that gives wholesalers, investors, and real estate agents and brokers and edge to find deals on auto pilot. It has set it and forget it automation; once you set your investment criteria it continuously searches to find the deals that meet your criteria and will notify you once there is at least one match. From there it will keep tracking the deal if anything changes.
